The local area is more like Athens prices than Mykonos, notably the "Local" restaurant just 100m away with friendly service and well-priced food, and "Coffee snacks and more," a little further towards the sea, selling sit down or take away coffee.

The owner is very friendly and helpful. He picked us up from the airport and took us to the port for free. Als he waited for us in the airport even though it took very long for us to leave. The location is full of places to eat, a great bakery, car and motos rental. You can walk to the city in 15 minutes. Prices were decent for a very expensive island.
